SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the following business day. Once confirmed, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days within Metro Manila and 5–7 business days for provincial areas.

We currently ship nationwide across the Philippines, including Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Delivery to remote islands may take longer.

Free shipping is available when purchasing two (2) items or more. For single-item orders, a flat shipping fee applies. Customers will receive a tracking number via SMS or email once the order has been shipped.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, absence of recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned and re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer. In case of damaged or lost packages, please contact our Customer Service within 48 hours for investigation and support.
